Training In Change Management

Introduction

Navigating the political landscape and getting buy-in from stakeholders is critical and yet, very difficult. Until now there have been no training programs to help change agents develop their skills in this area.

Heridian is proud to be able to offer a change management training simulation that focuses on precisely this challenge. The simulation places participants in charge of a major change initiative.  The participant is required to get buy-in for the change from various stakeholders within a certain time frame.

Who should attend : Any managers, employees or teams involved in leading a major change initiative

Expected outcomes

:

  • Clear identification of key stakeholders and their positions or points of view

  • Improved self-confidence in convincing resistive stakeholders to actively support the change
